Mactan Cebu Cheap Beach Resort: Palm Beach in Marigondon

This is part of the Penfires Cebu Beach Series – Cheap Mactan Beach Resorts – Details and Review, Post Number 6. The last budget friendly resort on this area in Marigondon is Palm Beach Resort. If you reach here you will have already passed by the gates or road to Vano and Rendezvous beach resorts. Palm Beach is a no-frills Mactan resort favored by budget conscious locals. Most weekends and holidays, the resort is fully packed to the hilt. You can’t find any white sand beach area in Palm Beach but this one is very affordable even for those who are on a shoe-string budget.   This coming summer I’m pretty sure this place will become crowded with visitors and swimmers.

Please see the pictures below of this resort in Mactan Island.

Hi Annie, they did not give their phone numbers since there had been numerous events in the past wherein they put the cottages on ‘reserved’ status and refuse walk-in guests. Unfortunately, the people who reserved the cottages through calling did not show up.

If you are serious about reserving, they advise you to visit them in Mactan at least 1 or 2 weeks ahead of your beach outing. You have to fork at least a thousand pesos as reservation fee. They also don’t have bank accounts to receive reservation deposit, you really have to go to Palm Beach.

Thanks for the info Ms. Cille. Oh! going to mactan is about 50mins to 1hour approximately since i live here in the City. It would be least hassle if they have contact numbers but anyway thank you..^_^…
