Last December 24 Titus and i were out to buy cake from SM for the Noche Buena (noche Buena = Christmas eve special dinner). And generally we have this running routine for a couple of months now that we will ‘punish’ ourselves if we spend more than an hour in SM by playing the PCSO…
It’s Awesome to be Young!
Thanks baby for the wonderful surprise 🙂
CHOCOHOLIC’S COFFEEBEAT
I love, love, super love chocolates! and meiji’s coffeebeat is among my many favorites 🙂 good thing SM City Cebu’s snack bar started carrying this brand (i used to hoard coffebeat tubes whenever i chance upon it in the shelves of some stores finding it then was so rare ). My siblings have been introduced to the brand (thanks to me :)) and they love it too!
This CoffeBeat photo is courtesy of my sister

SHOEDOWN: Carcar vs Liliw Espadrilles and Sandals
I have become familiar with both Carcar, Cebu and Liliw, Laguna’s footwear industry. And if I compare the produce of these two towns, when it comes to any abaca laced sandals or wedges, I have to give it to Liliw made. When it comes to espadrille I think they are at par with each other in design and quality wise. Liliw ladies espadrilles’ price range is from P230 to P300 comparable to that of Carcar made espadrilles.
Carcar famous espadrilles!
I am a proud Cebuana but I just have to lament the fact that Carcar produces so many cheap sandals that easily disintegrated, these are the ones you see all
Sojourn to Carcar
At the constant prodding of my brother Nicko, we finally made the trip to Carcar, Cebu and the main reason is espadrille. Espadrille, that come back kid from the 80’s, has become so popular again! In fact I am noticing espadrilles everywhere in Cebu – in malls, in tiangges, in sidestreets – it feels like an espadrille invasion has overtaken the city! Despite its availability in all sort of places, we decided to head south, travel to where espadrilles are made, you know maybe we can get a good bargain from direct suppliers of espadrilles in Carcar, you can never know heheheh.
Unreliable 2GO Cargo and Parcel Services
My business suffered a loss because 2GO Courier and Parcel Services Philippines failed to deliver on time. 2GO is unreliable, at least their Cebu branch is. And to think this is supposed to be one of their company’s mission “We provide flexible solutions to help your businesses grow.”
No Sir I don’t think so. Mayhap that is true for the big companies but for very small businesses like mine I think they couldn’t care less if they don’t deliver on their commitments and obligations.
2GO Delivery and Customer Service: VERY DISAPPOINTING
2GO Cargo and Parcel delivery here in the Philippines is very disappointing. 2GO’s CEBU customer service is very lousy as per my experience. And well not only me it seems, you can go to 2GO facebook fan page wall and read other facebook user’s complains about their service. 2GO it seems doesn’t treat their customers right, well, at least they did not treat me right or these other people:
Opps, 2GO Philippines sent someone else’s parcel to somebody else.
Is this true: 2GO delivery agents are making up stories????
