Genghis Mongolian Grill Restaurant in Angeles City, Pampanga

Eat All You Can at Genghis Mongolian Grill! This is one delicious reason why you should check out this restaurant in Angeles City, Pampanga. Now, if you are allergic to ‘eat all you can’ for whatever reason – weight watching or mahina ka kumain or something else – don’t worry you can always go for the single bowl or try their ala cart dishes.

If you are not familiar with restaurants serving mongolian bowls – now is the time to try it! Treat your taste buds to something new! When you are at the food counter with your bowl – all you have to do is add the ingredients and condiments you like best among the array of choices. It’s a good rule of thumb to include noodles, meat, spices, sauces, and, veggies. Nahhh ignore what I just said, you don’t have to follow any rule at all, pick what you what and pile it up high on your bowl. Then hand this to the chef, and wait 10 minutes or so, and you’ll have a steaming hot bowl of Mongolian feast.

Choices and more choices! 🙂

But if the array of choices and decisions you have to make to create a to-die-for Mongolian bowl scares you – what should I put in my Mongolian bowl? what meat works well with what sauce?, can I add this spice on top of that spice?, is this chili enough? Is hofan noodles perfect match for mushrooms and pineapple?, can I mix ginger with seychuan sauce?, etc. – there is an easy way when you dine in Genghis Mongolian Grill. Just approach this restaurant’s friendly chefs to recommend you a personalize combination.

This husband and wife tandem are the chefs behind Genghis Mongolian Grill.

Thank you Chefs Ryan and Diane and your staff! Delicious, delicious food!!!

My Mongolian Bowl

My bowl was fire on fire hahhaha. I’ve dumped lots of chili on my mix of cabbage, mongo sprouts or togue, chicken, pork and squid meat, hofan noodles, fish ball, etc. plus I requested Chef Ryan to pour in a good serving of their special chili sauce and a bit of sesame oil. They’ve got their own homemade sauces by the way. My bowl was so goooood! I ravaged and emptied my bowl in between dabbing tissues on my forehead and face, for it was so hot. One of the hottest Mongolian bowls I’ve ever had and I loved it! Haha.

What sets Genghis Mongolian Grill apart from the usual Mongolian restaurants is that this Angeles City restaurant also serves several popular Asian dishes. Singaporean cereal prawn, Korean beef stew, Malaysian char kway teow, Japanese chicken teriyaki, and more dishes are available to satisfy your craving for good food. They also offer kiddie meals for your little ones. Awesome!
