A little trivia – do you know that our favorite sisig was created in a kitchen in Angeles City? Yep, the city is the birthplace of Sisig, a favorite here and abroad. A New York Times article has even cited that this truly pinoy offering is ‘..greatest pork dish – on earth’. How awesome is that!

Part of the Angeles City total tourist experience, is to encourage you to taste the original sisig from Aling Lucing’s, the eatery that first sells this now world famous pork dish, or try out any of the mouthwatering variations of this dish in its own home. Either way, it’s going to be deliciously superb. Hey, you can’t go wrong with sisig!
p.s. Do you know that Angeles City has a ‘gastronomic belt’? From the Balibago Strip, Fields District, Don Juico Avenue, all the way to the Fil Am friendship highway.
