I am a big fan of dimsums and chili oil. 
My favorite selections from Chinese restaurant dimsum menu are siomai (of course), shanghai rolls and pork steamed rice. And thankfully I did for this Cebu resto offers superb Chinese food at pocket friendly prices.
You might think that this good restaurant in Cebu is expensive because of the length taken to ensure that what is served to customers are specially prepared Chinese foods and dim sum but nope Chow City is affordable.
