I was lurking in FB reading shotouts of friends, checking out the newest uploaded pictures, reading the latest updates of pages I followed etc when this post grab my attention – National Geographic Channel Philippines will air a Philippine Special – Inside Malacanang, a video voyage documentary that explores the Philippines Presidential Residence – Malacanang Palace. And I’m hooked. I watched the trailer for this tv special covering four personnel who works inside the palace, whose job is to serve and protect the President of the Philippines who is of course the current head of state PNoy or President Benigno Aquino III.
Inside Malacanang is a documentary that takes you on a journey to the ins and outs of the most popular and historical residence in the country Malacanang Palace or Malakanang. The teaser invites everyone to take a peek inside the most secured residence in the country as well as the lives of those men mentioned in the trailer. Who are these men that NatGeo followed? When is the exact time Inside Malacanang will be shown on air????!
I can’t wait for the full tv documentary! Argghhhh. I don’t like waiting waaaah but no choice as National Geographic Channel will air this on March 2012 pa, ang tagal pa! 😐 And there is no exact time slot yet. Patience, patience, patience!
I love History! I love reading, watching anything that is related to the Philippines. So YES my interest has been peaked big time by this coverage of National Geographic Channel 
so I will wait for March when Inside Malacanang will be shown hehehe. I’ll also update here once I know when the showing time is. 🙂
Last December during our Manila Field Trip (yes we went to a ‘field trip’ heheh), we wanted to go and check out Malacanang Museum as part of our itinerary but failed to push through since well, you have to make a reservation before you go. Bummer. We thought it was easy to get inside the Malacanang Museum like a walk in the park the way we did when we visited Luneta hehehhe. So this National Geographic Philippine special is timely, I may not have visited the country’s seat of power yet but I can discover its ‘secret chambers and hidden passages’ as the teaser says by watching the NatGeo documentary and YOU CAN TOO!
