The Philippines budget airlines like Cebu Pacific, Airphil Express, Zestair, Air Asia are offering express seat sales and promo deals on international and domestic tickets every so often. Even the country’s flag carrier Philippine Airlines also have their own promo fares dubbed as “Midnight Sale” which usually starts every 7pm of Saturdays until 7am Sunday, the following day.
But the great thing about Airphil is that they have 10 kilos of free check-in baggage allowance, other budget carriers in the country will charge you for any check-in baggage, so with Airphil Express you are really getting an awesome deal!
Lately, aside from the favorite Piso Fare promos, these airlines are now offering All in Fares which is great for people for looking for affordable airline tickets for domestic and international destinations like Hong Kong, Singapore, Macau, Bangkok etc for 2012 to 2013 and all through 2014.
How to Book your Airphil Promo Tickets?
Head over to the official website of Airphil Express to book your promo airline tickets. Input your flight dates as well as your intended destination, and then search through the flight time available. Then pay for your airline booking online. It’s really very easy to book special piso fare, all in fares and other express seat sale!
If you are not sure yet of your travel date, you can also choose to go for a mock booking just so you have an idea of total cost in case the promo is not an “All in Fares” promo.
How to Pay for your P1 Piso Fare Airphil Promo Tickets?
You have options in paying for your piso fare ticket or any promo deals via Airphil Express through credit cards for online booking or over the counter at their booking offices nationwide.
Book now and book fast! Remember that promotions like piso fare are hot items and guests and passengers are scampering online to book the moment a promo deal is launch.
How much will be the total cost for a piso fare via Airphil?
I’ve checked last night (September 8, 2011) and I made a mock booking using 2 person round trip ticket to Zamboanga from Cebu, the base fare is P1, and the total ticket cost amounts to P354 for one way per person and round trip promo ticket cost P708 per person.

——–Update July 2,2012 ——
Airlines are now coming up with new promos such as All in Fares wherein passengers like us will right away know the total cost of one way promo tickets. All in Fares promo will already list all cost and charges like base fare, web admin fee, security aviation fee, VAT and other taxes and surcharges. This is awesome news for us travelers right? No more guessing of the exact ticket cost and di na tayo ma shock with the total price when we are about to pay kasi the promos are “all in fares” na.
Another development on the Air Transport sector is some airline companies are already offering Refund and Rebooking on certain tickets . You have to contact the airlines you booked with to inquire about their rules on refunding and rebooking fees etc.
This is still not hard and fast rule because the Passenger Bill of Right is still undergoing review by government authorities. But I am hoping that this rule on refund and rebooking promo tickets will be made into a law so us, the riding public will be protected.
