2GO Delivery and Customer Service: VERY DISAPPOINTING

2GO Cargo and Parcel delivery here in the Philippines is very disappointing.

2GO’s CEBU customer service is very lousy as per my experience. And well not only me it seems, you can go to 2GO facebook fan page wall and read other facebook user’s complains about their service. 2GO it seems doesn’t treat their customers right, well, at least they did not treat me right or these other people:

Opps, 2GO Philippines sent someone else’s parcel to somebody else?

Is this true: 2GO delivery agents are making up stories????

A 2GO customer paid right for cargo that possibly 2GO lost forever?


Is this how 2GO Philippines trained their customer service?


I’ m asking, does  2Go Cebu Customer Service Hotline delivers ‘service’ by

making customers call back again and again and again?


Another lost cargo by 2GO Philippines????


I’m thinking now, is it because our cargo was so small and therefore not worth taking their time to deliver on time? A lot of things are hinged on that cargo being delivered on time.  2GO CEBU  FAILED TO DELIVER ON THEIR COMMITMENT. And it makes me mad. They should treat their customers right, it’s the least they can do. They are after all in the service delivery sector. And we paid them right.

    ang lupet nyo ang bilis kapag kukuha kayo ng bayad ng customer and yet napaka panget!!! ng service nyo…passport delivery ng March 22 until now wala pa!!!gaano ba kahirap ideliver yun??? dapat sa inyo i-ban na sa DFA calling the attention of DFA ang dami ng complaint about 2GO bakit pinababayaan nyo lang???

      Hi Rodel, sana nga mabasa ito ng mga taga 2Go delivery Philippines, para hindi na maulit ang bad service nila. Nakaka perwisyo kasi sila lalo na kung mga importante yung pinadala nyo tulad ng yung sa passport mo na time sensitive..

  2. hi! to all 2GO staffs,sana naman kapag trabaho ay trabaho wag nyo namang idelayed ang delivery ng important documents kasi sayang yung days na lumilipas.. isa pa pinagkatiwalaan kayo ng DFA tapos hindi nyo naman ginagawa ng maayos ang trabaho nyo.. baka naman tinatamad kayo o sadyang nagbubutas lang kayo ng bangko….!

  4. I just had my bad experience with 2Go… sent a parcel via air and it took more than a week at hanggang ngayon di pa natanggap. I guess this would be my last time to deal with this company and will tell my parishioners about my experience. toooooo baaaaad! really bad service! I should have learned my lesson. malapit lang kasi ang 2Go sa amin than JRS and LBC.

      Hi Mac,

      My package arrived although very late. About your lost package, I guess the best option now is to call and call the branch you transacted with and then make a formal letter of complaint and send this to 2Go main office along with a photocopy of your receipt. Do not wait for them to call you, their customer service sucks so do what you can on your end.

      Hope you’ll receive good news about your package soon!

    First time kong mgpadala s courier na ito.Ang release ng passport ko March 5,2014 kaya ako nag pa rush ng passport dahil kailangan ko na ASAP.Kailangan ko na ang passport ko s monday March 10.

  7. please lang po if the same tracking number tapos sasabihin na hindi nyo alam isend…. ewan ko sa inyo. ayus asyusin nyo po ang service nyo kasi nagbabayad po kami ng tama.

    • if i knew na ganito kawalang kwenta ang 2go nde ko na sana sinubukan magpadala dito. first time ko magsend ng package, return to Lazada, una nde inupload un tracking number, now after 10 days hindi pa dn updated un status. walang kwenta khet tumawag ka sa 2go customer service. useless courier. sana magsara na kayo kesa makaloko pa kayo ng madaming tao. sana may mag demanda sa inyo.

      Kahet ipull up nyo yan, makikita nyong nde na gumalaw un status nyan! Taga-cavite lang ako nde na dumating ng Muntinlupa un package! ibang klase.

  8. Same experience here. Nagpadala ako ng package sa kanila last May 24, 2014 from Ortigas to Davao. I packed the package sa mismong service outlet nila and it is a big box. When my brother received the package in Davao the next week he told me may isang bag at isang car collection ko na wala sa box. I immediately contacted the service outlet ng 2go na pinagpadalhan ko. Ang sabi sa akin sa mismong 2go magfile ng complaint kasi doon sa mismong port na yun pwedeng nangyari ang nakawan. I did emailed my compaint and they answered back immediately. What disappointed me most is that after series of exchanging emails with them they will just send me a claim form. So tipong wala silang ginawang investigation sa incident. Duh! In short, mga magnanakaw ang mga tauhan nila!

  10. Nice boat – Dreadful Service!
    This company repeats the same mistakes. They cannot train their staff to give consistent advice or even reasonable customer service. Officious impolite security, desk staff and boat staff yet again ruined the trip. Having paid nearly 30k for a state room and to travel with 2 pick-ups (having been told a much lower price on the phone when we booked)we would have expected not to be treated like cattle, but the staff couldn’t even show us to the correct beds without having to be guided by other passengers. Never travelling with vehicles on this company again…I’d rather swim home.

  11. Same here. 2 try ng i-dedeliver ang passport ko, ngttxt na and2 na dw cla sa street nmin pero d dw mahanap. Khit tnitxt o tntwagan ko d sumasagot o ngrreply. Tna-tracked ko tpos yung status “unsuccessful delivery because of bad address/ no reply. Mga manloloko at sinungaling. Pwd bang i-pick up nlang sa knila?

    • Oh my god! Courier na hindi mahanap ang address ng padadalhan.
      Minsan may ganyan talaga. Gusto ko nga sabihan ng
      “Kung may bibig at dila ka, try mo kaya magtanong sa mga tao sa paligid? At pwede pati utak paganahin?”
      Ine-expect yata nila, may mga karatula sa bawat bahay at nakalagay ang address.
      Di malaman kung tamad o bobo… o both!

      Right now, April 18, I’m waiting for a delivery.
      Sabi sa website nila, kahapon pa nasa Cavite na ang package.
      Pero 24 hours na and it’s been 4 days mula nang ipadala mula sa Visayas.
      “In Transit” pa daw. Sana lang hindi matulad sa iba.

      I read a comment on their FB page, may nagtatanong ng shipment status na dapat March 6 ang dating but it was already March 12. Ang malupit nito, ang reply ng 2GO, stating that the shipment will be delivered “today” is dated March 17!!! Almost two weeks of waiting!

      Seriously, how would they feel kung sila ang nasa posisyon ng nagpadala? :'(

      Hay, bahala sila. Walang nags-survive na kompanya kapag pangit ang serbisyo!
