What I like about Philippine Airlines promo fare is that they have these PAL Midnight Special deals that gives you the total cost in buying one way or round trip tickets to Regional, International and Domestic Travel. Most other budget airlines in the country like Cebu Pacific and Airphil Express always quote their promo tickets on base fare, while PAL gives the base fare as well as the all-in-amount for their tickets on sale,which passengers like me and you really appreciate, right? And to top that PAL offers free check in baggage allowance to its guests! But hmmm, they don’t have Piso Fare promo launches just yet hehhe, hope they’ll have one in the future, maybe for 2013 travels? 
And almost every weekend Philippine Airlines have these midnight special deal so you can travel and fly more cheaply! Watch for for PAL special promo fare this 2012 and onwards to 2013 so you can prepare your payment method beforehand.
PAL Midnight Special starts the deal rolling by 7pm Saturday and ends by 7am Sunday. Yep, you only have 12 hours to reserve and book your 2012 promo fares from PAL but the good thing is that you don’t have to wait midnight for this special deal to start. Remember its 7pm to 7am on the weekend! Travel period for this is February 7, 2012 to March 23, 2012 and covers only regional and international flights. Sad, no domestic tickets on sale for this go round. No worries as maybe next weekend, Philippine Airlines might launch promo fare for domestic travels. *crossing our fingers* hehhehe

When booking please be patient as these airlines with ongoing promo usually experiences huge spike in their web traffic which ultimately contributes to slow loading of webpages etc. Just be patient and use a fast internet connection, it might save you a bit of time in reserving your ticket. I have experience booking one single promo ticket and it took me close to an hour to completely process and pay for the promo tickets lol but the end result is, savings for me that I used for pasalubong shopping.

how do i avail of the midnight sale? i tried using the FARE BASIS code last night on the promo code box but it didn’t work.
hi oldsap, this is an old posting for PAL’s previous promo. For their midnight ticket sale you can usually find the details under their “Hot Deals Promo Fares” tab, but I’ve just checked now, there is no promo as of this moment.
